As a graduate of North Park University with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, I am proud to call Chicago my home. My family and I love exploring different neighborhoods all over the city, discovering hidden gems. Don't hesitate to ask me for restaurant recommendations!

Outside of work, I serve as the Secretary of the Philippine American Ecumenical Church Board of Directors and, as an active member of the church, organizes fellowship events.

I have amassed a widespread national referral network as a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Young Professionals Network. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked with a real estate investment group learning the ins and outs of investment property.

I am also a proud member of AFSCME, the leading voice for working families in the state of Illinois. I stand in solidarity with my fellow union members. As part of the working class, I understand the value of your investments and will work diligently to help you pursue your real estate goals.

Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Find Your Next Home
I can work with you to find the right home for you to rent, buy or invest, at the right price; including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
